Such is the firm's outlook. Every day, the Roux family nurtures each plot, watches over each vine so that the finest grapes will flourish. 'The wine-making process takes places straight after the machine-harvest. An integrated culture and moderate pest control throughout the four seasons guarantee the continuity of the Roux & Fils vineyards made up of Coustolle, Bourdieu La Valade and Capet-Bégaud: 40 ha lying together, in keeping with the Fronsac characteristics: a rich ruby colour and limpidity with shadings of topaz, red fruit aromas with spicy hints, sometimes truffle, solid tannic, rich and elegant body.
